The food here has always been really good. I was slightly upset about them removing the butcher shop, but when I saw them drop the Bourbon bar in I forgot all about the butcher shop. This has to be the best Bourbon selection I have come across anywhere near Hudson. They have a whole wall of Bourbon to try. I do not like going into a "Bourbon Bar" only to find out they are out of 50% of their selections. Farmer's Rail has had their Bourbon's in stock when I go to order them. I had a few friends come in from out of town as well and they were impressed with the food. I have not had a bad meal there yet. When you first walk in, servers are trying to close out their tables/orders at the front counter and it puts them in a bit of an awkward spot. They are working on their table's while you are waiting for a hostess to seat you and it feels like they are ignoring you. While I understand the situation it kind of puts everyone there in an awkward spot. They really need to like turn that station around and get an actual hostess station there to make entering and getting seated a little easier.

Second time at the Farmer’s Rail in Hudson. This time we were celebrating my birthday. We all had an amazing time sampling flight of superb bourbon and amazing steaks. I especially want to give the Bourbon Boss Steve a shoutout for his amazing recommendations and friendliness. I live outside of Philly and I only wish we had a restaurant like this in our area. This place is worth the 6 hour drive!!

I love this restaurant. We have attended for both brunch and dinner and you cannot go wrong with either choice. The food is always spot on and service is great. My family and I think the portion sizes are huge and a great value for the amount of food that you get.

The food is incredible, the service is fantastic, and they have thought through every detail. It’s clearly a place where the staff is passionate about what they do. Mo the manager, and Bella, our server are operating at the top of their game. Strong recommend.

Everything was good except for the surprise on the bill where they charged me 3% for using a credit card. I didn't like that, but it would have been better if I was told rather than just adding it to the bill.

WOW!! Blown away with the quality and taste of this food!! Great food AND service. We sat at the bar and my husband had a pork chop with mashed potatoes & I had chicken maleneas - which was with: Panko crusted chicken breast / arugula / cherry tomato / parmesan / white wine reduction Panko crusted chicken breast / arugula / cherry tomato / parmesan / white wine reduction. Dinner was absolutely fantastic!! A! My new favorite place :)

Amazing meal! Their food was fresh and delicious! The bourbon menu was 6 pages and included some super rare finds. Service was fantastic and the atmosphere was unique and cozy (in a good way)! Would 100% be back!

Absolutely outstanding!! From the fun, knowledgeable bartender to the people who greet you coming in , you are just swept away from the beginning! The food was perfection in every way , the atmosphere and drinks beyond words ,but the most amazing part was our server! BELLA , was an absolute Gem , she was kind , attentive, intelligent and just made the whole entire experience that much better ,,I suggest to ask for her if they don't promote her first! I am truly looking forward to going back for dinner soon ! As always tip your servers well!!
